Baby, Girl, Woman
Happy International Women Day(#IWD2018)
Becoming a woman is one of the hardest process us females goes through. We start off by learning to be human, then progress through puberty, and if we survive that stage we go through adulting!!
One thing that is missed in most articles that are published is the minds of females. I mean they write about postpartum, menopause, and even our emotions but not what we females have on our minds 24/7 but understandable. We have complex minds that runs 90 mile an hour and accomplishing all that we can do! We go from dreaming to planning in millisecond.
What do I mean? It is like having ADHD, WE have the ability to be great as our mind is like a plate; you can keep piling on or changing. I read an article written by Robin Nixon that confirms what feels like. Here is what was written: Affecting up to 80 percent of women, PMS is a familiar scapegoat. But women are affected by their cycles every day of the month. Hormone levels are constantly changing in a woman's brain and body, changing her outlook, energy and sensitivity along with them!! more on the article here:https://www.livescience.com/14421-human-brain-gender-differences.html
So, what is on our mind? Well, which microsecond are we talking about? That what I mean. Our minds constantly running testing our strength. Females are STRONG.
